PRESIDENT:
Shelly Miller, Evergreen Federal - Medford Branch Manager
Shelly has worked for Evergreen Federal for 21 years.  She started as a teller and moved into the Branch Managers
position.  She is responsible for the operation and functions of the branch office.  Shelly joined SOFFAST in 1998 and is
a dedicated leader of the SOFFAST team.  
VICE PRESIDENT:
Kerry Warden, Rogue Federal Credit Union - Operations Manager
Kerry has worked for Rogue Federal Credit Union for 10 years and has 19 years of financial experience.  Kerry is
the Operations Manager and oversees the Operations and Automated Services Departments.  She joined
SOFFAST is 2003 and is a dedicated member of the SOFFAST team.

Jamie Brindle, Wells Fargo Bank - Market Support Consultant
Jeannie has been in banking for 21 years, starting at Santa Cruz County Bank in California, which is now Comerica
Bank.  Jeannie moved to Oregon in 1996.  She is in charge of operations for the main branch of PremierWest Bank.  
Jeannie works actively with other financial institutions and law enforcement investigating fraudulent activity.  She has
been dedicated to SOFFAST since 2001.
Jamie has been in banking and with Wells Fargo for over 10 years.  She began her career in 1997 as a Personal
Banker.  In 1998 she was promoted to Service Manager and in 2001 was promoted to Store Manager in Hood River,
Oregon.  In 2003 she was them promoted to a Market Support Consultant and moved to Central Point.  Her main
office is out of East McAndrews Wells Fargo, but she currently works with 10 branches in the Southern Oregon area
as well as Coos Bay.  She has been a member of SOFFAST since 2005.
Detective Campbell has been a police officer for over 20 years and is assigned to the Fraud Investigation Unit at the
Medford Police Department investigating financial crimes and elder exploitation cases.  She is one of the founding
members of SOFFAST and has been a board member since the inception of SOFFAST in 1998.
BOARD MEMBER:
Brandon Bloomfield, Medford Police Department - Financial Crimes Detective
Detective Day has been with the Central Point Police Department for 10 years and a member of SOFFAST since
2006.  Detective Day is a graduate of Southern Oregon University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in
Criminology.  He is currently working on his Master's degree in Criminal Justice through Western Oregon University.
Detective Bloomfield worked in business management for 10 years, eight of which he spent as a reserve police
officer.  He has been a Medford Police Officer for more than 11 years.  In 2006 Detective Bloomfield was assigned
as a detective to the Fraud Investigation Section of the Medford Police Department and worked cases involving
financial fraud, forgery, identity theft and elder abuse, among other crimes.  In 2007 Detective Bloomfield applied for
and received a computer crime detective position and was assigned full time to the Southern Oregon High Tech
Crimes Task Force.  He is one of about 505 Certified Forensic Computer Examiners in the world, receiving his
certification from IACIS (International Association of Investigative Specialists).  He is also a member of IACIS , a
member of ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) and has been a member of SOFFAST since 2006.
BOARD MEMBER:
Corey Falls, Ashland Police Department - Lieutenant
Corey Falls is the Operations Lieutenant for the City of Ashland and oversees the Patrol and Detective Divisions.  Lt.
Falls started his law enforcement career in the Greater Puget Sound area of Washington State.  Lt. Falls has held
various roles during his career to include Patrol Officer, Detective, Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, and
Patrol Sergeant.  Lt. Falls holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Health and Human Performance.  Lt. Falls is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of
Police, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives and is the newest board member for
SOFFAST.
